BBQ Chicken and Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:

- 2 lbs chicken pieces (such as thighs, drumsticks, and/or breasts)
- 2 lbs pork ribs, trimmed and cut into serving-size pieces
- Olive oil, for brushing
- BBQ sauce (optional, for serving)

Prepare the Meat: Pat dry the chicken pieces and pork ribs with paper towels. Brush them lightly with olive oil to help the rub adhere.
