Ingredients:

  • 20 large white mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Halladay's Buffalo Blue Cheese Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Halladay's Buffalo Blue Cheese Seasoning to taste, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined. Fold in the crumbled blue cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and chopped green onions.
