You may request a change (address, additional items, etc.) to your order at any time before your order leaves our warehouse. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has left the warehouse for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to change your order.

If your order has left the warehouse for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order.

Giftbasketvillage.com is required by state and local jurisdictions to collect applicable sales tax, which is calculated based on the product price, state requirements and shipping address of your order.

Once we receive your order, the order is carefully hand-packed and then shipped out in a timely fashion. Keeping freshness and quality as top priorities

Most orders ship within 24 hours, however, please allow 1-2 business days for packages to be processed and shipped. Orders received on holidays or after 12pm CST on Friday will be shipped the following business day.

There are multiple delivery choices to choose from at checkout. Shipping options vary between 1-5 days and tracking information will be sent to the email provided. This is per address and within the United States. Please choose the best option for the recipient address based on physical location.
