Our soup gifts contain mixes that need to be prepared. Follow the directions on each package; additional ingredients may be required. Check each gift’s contents to see whether bowls are included.

Yes. Email us with the gift name and your question before you order. Use the ingredient and allergen information on the individual packages when deciding whether a gift is suitable.

We are open Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed later or outside business hours typically ship on the next business day.

Free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. typically uses USPS Ground Advantage. Allow an estimated 3–5 business days in transit after your order ships. Within the contiguous U.S., choose expedited shipping at checkout for $20. Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days after your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have customer-paid USPS rates calculated at checkout; available services and delivery estimates vary by destination. Transit estimates begin when the package ships, not when the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; holidays and carrier delays may affect arrival.

Every order includes a packing slip without prices. We do not include a sales receipt in the package. You can add an optional gift message on each product page.

Contact us immediately after delivery at giftbasketvillagemo@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items, the shipping box, the shipping label, and the packing materials. Keep the items and all packaging until we provide instructions, as the carrier may require an inspection. We review damage reports individually and may arrange a replacement after reviewing your photos or receiving a requested return. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first. If we request a return, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
