Thank you for shopping with Gift Basket Village. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the shipping and delivery of orders placed through our website.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following shipping carriers to deliver your orders:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

Shipping carrier selection for your order may depend on the shipping destination, service availability, and the size or weight of your package.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time the order is placed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Gift Basket Village brand baskets ship FREE within the U.S. (Standard delivery, 3–7 business days).

Some products offered through our partner brands (Shopify Collective) may have separate shipping charges and timelines. These will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • The shipping method selected.
  • The weight and dimensions of the package.
  • The destination address.

You’ll always see the exact shipping cost and delivery estimate before you pay.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or carrier delays.


Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website:


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. We will not issue refunds for expedited shipping costs.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at giftbasketvillagemo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim, as needed.
