Farmhouse Chili Mac Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 package Halladay's Farmhouse Chili Seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
