Classic Alfredo Pasta

Classic Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

Classic Alfredo Pasta
  • Halladay's Classic Alfredo Seasoning Blend
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta (or pasta of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

  2. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add Halladay's Classic Alfredo Seasoning Blend to the butter and stir continuously for about 1 minute to toast the spices and release their flavors.

  3. Add Cream and Cheese: Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly to combine with the butter and seasoning mixture. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. If the sauce seems too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water a little at a time to thin it out to your desired consistency.

  4. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the Alfredo sauce in the skillet. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if needed.

  5. Serve: Divide the Alfredo pasta among serving plates or bowls. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, for a pop of color and freshness.

  6. Enjoy: Serve the Classic Alfredo Pasta hot, accompanied by garlic bread or a side salad, for a comforting and satisfying meal.

This recipe showcases the rich and creamy flavors of Halladay's Classic Alfredo Seasoning Blend, creating a luxurious Alfredo sauce that pairs perfectly with fettuccine pasta. Adjust the seasoning and consistency of the sauce to suit your taste preferences.
