When will my order ship?
We are open Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed later or outside business hours typically ship on the next business day.
Free standard shipping
Free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. typically uses USPS Ground Advantage. Allow an estimated 3–5 business days in transit after your order ships.
Contiguous U.S. expedited shipping: $20
Within the contiguous U.S., choose expedited shipping at checkout for $20. Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days after your order ships. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have customer-paid USPS rates calculated at checkout; available services and delivery estimates vary by destination.
Transit estimates begin when the package ships, not when the order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; holidays and carrier delays may affect arrival.
Gift messages & packing slips
Add an optional gift message on the product page before adding your gift to the cart. Every order includes a packing slip without prices. We do not include a sales receipt in the package.
If your gift arrives damaged
Contact us immediately after delivery at giftbasketvillagemo@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items, the shipping box, the shipping label, and the packing materials. Keep the items and all packaging until we provide instructions, as the carrier may require an inspection.
We review damage reports individually and may arrange a replacement after reviewing your photos or receiving a requested return. Please do not ship anything back without contacting us first. If we request a return, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
