4. How long does it take for my gift basket to be delivered?

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its journey.

5. Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we provide local pick-up for all of our baskets at our facility in Billings, Missouri. Contact us for urgent orders prior to submitting your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Can I include a personalized message with my gift basket?

Absolutely! During checkout, you’ll have the option to include a personalized message to make your gift extra special.

7. What if my gift basket arrives damaged or not as expected?

We take great care to ensure your gift basket arrives in perfect condition. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos and details, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the problem, whether it’s a replacement, refund, or other solution.

8. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
