Ordering

For accuracy and to help us with shipping, we prefer all orders be placed online, but we do understand that there are times when you just need some help.  Our Customer Service department is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM EST until 8:00 PM EST at info@giftbasketvillage.com, and we do read emails before and after that.  Placing your order online is the only way to take advantage of any of our current promotions.  Our customer service reps are not set up to apply coupon codes or shipping discounts from our end.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

  • Gift Basket Village accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX through our secure online checkout page. 
  • If your need is a large multi gift basket order for an event or corporate holiday gifts, we will be happy to discuss accepting your company check. 
  • No personal checks please. 
  • If you have a coupon code from an email or online ad, it must be used during the checkout process, we cannot apply it later.
  • Your credit card will be charged when you confirm your order - this prevents any shipping delays due to data entry errors.

Tracking Your Orders

After you created a customer account and placed an online order, your order information will become attached to your account and remain available to review at any time.  Your account will also contain a log of past recipients in a secure address book we will maintain just for your future use.  During processing your order(s) will also be updated with shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Updating Account Information

If at any time you need to update account information, just login to your account and edit the information.  All of our records will be updated and your account will be ready for you next time you need to order one of our gourmet gift baskets.

Adding items to your shopping cart

  • Clicking on any of the images of our baskets or the more info button will take you to a product details page with more information about what is in the basket or any special options available for that item.
  • Select any of the applicable options (size, gender, color, etc.).
  • Click the "Add To Cart" button located in the box to the right of the main product image.
  • You will be given the choice to checkout or continue shopping.

Viewing your shopping cart

  • On the "My Cart" page you will see the quantity, name, item number, price, quantity and any options you have chosen.
  • You will have the opportunity to change the quantity or remove items from your cart on the "View Cart" page.
  • If you ever need to view your shopping cart you can click the My Cart link above the search bar on every page.
  • If you choose to "Checkout" you will be taken to our secure checkout page.
  • If you choose to Continue Shopping you will be taken back to the home page.

Checking Out

  • Our advanced checkout process is a secured system capable of shipping to one or multiple addresses.
  • Follow the prompts along the process and you will have no problems. 
  • You can go back during any step to make changes or add additional information.
  • When you have entered all information you can "Checkout" and you will get one last chance to review your order before you complete it.
  • After confirmation you will be taken to a receipt page with order number and payment information. We recommend you print this page for your records.
